SIGN’ART promotes diversity and inclusion in youth work across three European countries by empowering deaf youth through in artistic creation, fostering active citizenship, initiative, and participation via artistic bootcamps.
It valorises deaf visual vernacular expression, enhances creative agency, ensures sustainability and upskilling of their art, and bridges deaf and hearing youth for mutual understanding and cultural inclusion.
